A recent study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) states that you can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing.
LONDON BULLS KICKBOXING provides a dynamic and effective sport geared to the individual, with classes conducted in a friendly and enjoyable environment lasting approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
Classes are comprised of 10 to 15 minutes of warm-ups, which include stretching and traditional exercises, followed by an hour of punches, kicks, pad works, blocks, shadow boxing and sparring if desired (not compulsory), followed by 15 minutes cooling down.We work to a grading syllabus where with regular training; it is possible to obtain your Black Belt within two and a half years.
